Elegant Tournament Mod

Description
To start with, I am not a pro player. But I've played against a few and talked with them. The objective of this mod was to isolate the skill of the player. I believe I have done this better than any other mod out there today. Promod allowed for too much spray, and PAM was simply outdated.

This Mod is split into two parts: All guns and rifles. Rifles mode has only Bolt action rifles: kar98, lee-enfield, mosin nagant. All of which are made by Zeroy. A full list of all the functions of the mod can be found in the readme.

This is a small bug fixer. fixing a bug in the rulesets, knife kills not being an instant kill, and an iwd sum/mismatch error with rifle weapons.
