Half-Life: Cthulhu Full

From the Netherlands comes Cthulhu: An Unspeakable Modification for Half-Life. The mod is based on the Cthulu creation by H.P. Lovecraft (1890-1937). If you liked They Hunger, then you'll probably going to enjoy this.

Altough the Readme says that the mod can only be played in 640x480 mode, I didn't have or saw any problems playing the mod on 1280x1024. Version 1.1.1.0 of Half-Life is required for the mod and it's unknown if it can work with Steam.
