Description The good:
This comes with everything you need to get going. Icon, xml, and a great background story. Also, it's a tiny download.
The bad:
It's fanon, which isn't really bad, but I couldn't put it in the good category.
The ugly:
This release suffers from the same problems most fanon ships and units do; it's too much. Too powerful, too fast, and too unbalancing. But the author acknowledges that, so props to him.
