Adds a new theme at the main title screen, with a loop of the Strange Portal in the back round, just a great way to mix things up a bit.

Installation
Like any other mod install toChanges the Map_Loop.bik video the main title, the theme music, and the Oblivion Logo. Just a nice way to change your menu if you're bored of vanilla and you like The Altadoon Puzzle.
