This a retexture of the Serenity-B (v2) changing it into the Nebula class USS Velera. This retexture is intended for the Unistar Roleplaying Group (www.unistar.co.nr) but as there aren\'t many Nebula class ships/retextures out there, SimmerALPHA has stated that you can use them on your server as well.
