As an Nvidia user (bright green also happens to be one of my favourite colours...) I have to say I donâ€™t think I have ever really had any problems with JKA or JK2 not working due to the graphics card drivers or configuration, however it seems that some ATI users (red loving commies! :P) have had problems with JKA not working with certain new graphics card drivers. This patch has been designed to run JKA in a compatibility mode to work around any of those problems. Obviously without an ATI card I cannot test this out myself, but if you have had any problems running JKA with your new ATI drivers, this may be the answer to your problems! :)
