These are a couple of reskins for the CTF flags, giving them an interesting new look. From what I can tell, the logos on them, which say \"Bushido The Tournament\" are from some... tournament (go figure) from 2005. I\'m not sure if this is some special significance, or if the author just thought the logo looked cool, but either way I\'ll agree that they look cool. So if you\'re looking for a new flag look, give these a try and see if they suit your fancy.
