Beta 3 Changes:
- added another path from blue spawn to red's oil rig
- moved the control points
- changed the areas around CP A & B
- placed a lot of func_nobuilds
- some changes to the layout that should improve gameplay
- moved red's spawn oA control point map from GarbageMan.
