Version 4 of SandBlasted

- A 3d skybox
- Lighting (the bug went away)
- More props
- Fixed some minor bugs
- Changed around some textures to make things work better
- Optimized a few things for better performance
- Removed a lot of health/ammo to balance gameplay
- Doubled the time to capture C to balance gameplay
- Added a way to the top of A house for non-demomen, soldiers, or scouts. (it's destroyable)
