Short discription:
It has come to my attention that the 64 player version of cs_beirut2 did not actually have 64 spawnpoints.
This version fixes that and implements a few balance changes as well.
Fixes in version 65:
- For some reason there were Map is set in a fortiefied montain/desert town.
