I appreciate you taking some constructive criticism and putting it toward a good use.
This version is better than the first, although it still has it's quirks. Some areas that look passable are not. Other areas that shouldn't be passable are, although the water icon appears above the units. The cantina and resource pad in the center can not be captured.
I do very much like the way the town in the center is setup, the cantina just flows into the other buildings. It looks very natural. Also, the use of several different species in that area reminds me of Mos Eisley. I also like the roving bands of Tuskens and Banthas, again it gives that natural feeling.
