Description Desert Wars based in, you guess it, a desert. This map is Empire vs Rebels and contains many cravases. The entire map is set in a canyon, which makes your units seem small. The map tends to have wide open areas that are connected to by small ones - choke points. Use these choke points to your advantage to take out your enemy quickly.
The detail on the map is quite impressive. The cliff walls are a deep, dark color that contrasts nicely with the white, sandy ground. The occasional doodad such as an owais tree or cactus sets up the theme for the battle.
