Dutch Luke

Description
This is certainly an interesting skin. And it\'s for all you Dutch people! It\'s a luke reskin, and why the author chose a bright orange for the base color I don\'t know. Other than most of luke being bright orange the skin has Dutch flags all over it and Pro-Dutch signs on it. It\'s got \'\'Hup Holland Hup\'\' on the back, even though in the screenshot provided it says \'\'The Dutch will pwn you\'\'. Meh. It\'s a simple recolor, not much else. A different base color might have improved this, along with a little blending to make the flags not look copy-and-pasted on.
