I have been laser tagging several times and let me tell you I\'ve never seen a laser tag arena as big or as [i]empty[/i] as this. It seems to defeat the purpose to have a big open area like this. Maybe if he shrunk the whole are down by 200% it might feel more like a real laser tag arena.

This arena is very large and I\'d say features one and a half levels. I say half because the second level is just a ledge around the outside of the arena and some walkways between them. Each walkway seems to have a button, and the read-me suggests they\'re supposed to do something, but maybe you guys will have more luck than I did because I couldn\'t get them to do anything. I think there are probably two structural textures used in this entire map -- the one from the walls and the three variants of the transparent whatever-they\'re-supposed-to-be\'s. This makes for a kind of bland and repetitive-looking map that doesn\'t have much going for it visually.

It\'s also a little bit architecturally bland. There was obviously some attempt at creating obstacles but as far as laser tag gameplay goes they\'re a little off as the idea is to have things to hide behind or shoot around. All the obstacles in this map are so huge that you might as well just be in another room.

All in all I\'d say it doesn\'t have that laser tag feel to me. It just looks like a big grey room with some swirly glowy objects in it. My recommendation would be to take the night off, have a rousing game of laser tag, and take some notes while you\'re there.
