Description
This mod is a simple attempt to fix the Mass Fabricator issue with Toxicfrog\'s (Eluvatar\'s) No Campaign Restrictions FA mod. When enabled, it reduces the Energy Consumption for T3 Mass Fabricators from -3500 / sec to -1000 / sec.

This has not been extensively tested and I have not yet gotten to Hex5, so please excuse me if this doesn\'t work. I am not a modder by any means, only someone trying to make a quick fix.
