Reborn’s! I have said this a thousand times before and I shall say it again; Reborn’s really are a Marmite skin. Either you love them or hate them. There isn’t really an in-between. Like I have also said before though, I do like Reborn skins, that is the classic JK2 Reborn’s – I’m not really that fond of the Cultist / New Reborn character from JKA.

On a side note, Marmite is useful if you need to break out of prison, because it is powerful enough to melt through steel and blow a hole in concrete if used like C4. Also its probably best not to kiss anyone after you have just eaten some Marmite on toast, the shockingly strong taste may cause his or her head to explode!

Ehhmm, sorry if your reading this in prison, because I just made all that up, Marmite isn’t really any good as a replacement for high explosives, just for putting on your toast. :P

Anywaayyy…

Here we have a fairly simple black and white Reborn reskin. This isn’t a simple ‘negative’ job though, the skin has obviously had some time spent on it, and personally I would say that the overall effect looks pretty cool. The main body of the skin has a mixture of black, grey and white which kind of blend into each other at the edges, but the hood is bright white and looks really quite striking.

Although this is a fairly simple reskin, I was most impressed with the player icon. You don’t always get a good new icon with a new skin, but in this case the extra time has been spent to make a cool looking custom one. Add to that some new sounds and you have a decent skin here, although like I said above, being a Reborn you will probably either like it or you wont.

All in all decent work here, although the lack of team skins is disappointing, that’s definitely something to think about for next time.
