This map starts the empire with 4 acclamator assault ships and an SD.
rebels start with 6 nebulon b frigates and a MonCal cruiser.
For a bit more action, i have placed 3 hostile pirate bases that all spawn garrisons in the middle of the map, so you may need to coordinate with your foes to rid yourself of this threat.
