Peregrine Class Patrol Cruiser

Here is the Peregrine Class Patrol Cruiser, not the Peregrine Class Federation Fighter of the same name. It has a design that is a bold step in starship design for Starfleet\'s standards (similiar to the Romulan Draconarius Class, maybe S31 are involved). This unique ship has potential but the model is a bit choppy and blocky (which really isn\'t the main drawback). The textures are a bit inconsistent and are very wishy-washy. The textures do not complement the model (the main drawback imho), for example I would like to see more darker carbon-like textures to suit the shape and design of the vessel. Also the textures seem to have different specular lighting which detracts from the textures even more.

As for the vessel\'s concept. It\'s unique Romulan appearance, which is by design, does seem to fit it\'s bill as a Neutral-Zone patrol cruiser - for instance, if the Romulans would come across this vessel it would throw them off for a while (provided this vessel had a way of masking it\'s Federation signature)

It definitely needs more work to be honest
