Behold, a rebel reskin.

The shirt has been converted to green, the helmet and collar bleached whiter, pants are now black, and a decal slapped on the vest. Simple, but effective, I suppose.

Other than that, I don't see much that would qualify this soldier as an elite. If you are intrigued, complete the process of bandwidth.
