Sith Ghoul

Well, this is looks like an attempt at making the New Reborn look like a ghoul, or skeleton thing. Frankly, replacing the face with a ''skull'' isn't quite that original, but, at least that wasn't the only thing that was changed. The author has made the clothes black, and has also tried to put chain mail onto the skin, but the chain mail just doesn't look chain mail-ish. From the game, it just looks like one material, kind of like canvas. The author hasn't even bothered putting the skin into its own folder, so it replaces the default new_reborn. No new icon, nothing. There isn't any color distinction in the team skins. It has npc support, but that overrides the reborn_new npc files as well. So basically this skin just overrides your default reborn_new with a ''ghouly'' reborn. The author definitely could have taken a bit more time and added a little more creativity, as well as not having the skin override the default reborn_new.
