•Ensure STALKER is patched v1.0005 or 6

•Remove any installed mods

•Choose either the xp or win7/vista option for the user.ltx application

•Install the mod

•Change the top line of fsgame.ltx to the below.exe installer that automatically changes the user.ltx and installs the mod.
