The Secret Pool

The Secret Pool Beta v0.1 By Digz

This is my first ever Warcraft 3 Map so go easy on me, it took me about half an hour to make as I was only playing around with the settings and things in World Editor but made this layout and decided of a story and setting and to go with.

All 4 players start off with rather large armies, this map is to get on with the action right from the off and make sure there is no dilly-dallying. Players can use the starting armies to rush their opponents while the starting armies die, they can then make their buildings and make a new army.

The Elven armies start off with 4 heroes, while the two Orc armies will start off with 2 heroes each, this map is a normal 2v2 with a bit of storyline to it, and AI works.

Please note some of the screens are old, like in the beta beta, I've added some more cinematics near the volcano and added camp like features inside the gates to make it look like a real camp, instead of being empty.

The only bad thing about this map is that the size is far too small for 4 players, but it creates a nice epic battle where you just attack everything!

Description:

This is the Elven safe haven, the Elves call it 'The Secret Pool'. This is the sacred place where Elves get their immortal life from, this pool is the key to their lives, without it the Elves will fall. The Orcs have realised this, and have made an offensive to rid the Elves off the world and will move swiftly with a huge army to destroy the Elven camps around the pool and use the pool for themselves.

The Elves must defend the pool at all costs, two armies have been dispatched to defend the pool, if these two armies are lost, all is lost for the Elves.
