Changes since beta:

Replaced Teleporters by Jumppads.
Fixed Jumppad pain jump.
Added blocking volume behind towers.
Replaced Nemesis by Viper.
Replaced Manta by Scavenger.
Removed Scavenger in middle.
Replaced Sniper from left side WL Kantham has created a vehicle capture the flag map for the Playstation 3 version of Unreal Tournament 3.
