To the author: There are better ways of selecting areas than a magic wand tool (or whatever the intuitive selection tool in your graphical app is) - path your regions out and separate them into layers to make better selections. There are better ways of adding color than single hues paintbucketed in - at the very least, use some kind of overlay so that the underlying texture is preserved. Your detail is entirely lost when you make textures like this.
