Man, the odd skin train must have brought a large cargo load. We've been having some rather uncommon models getting skinned. This time, it's the little known/cared about bespin cop.

Our old acquaintance here now has a new set of black pants with some gold shins. The shirt's color appears to have been darkened and now there is some gold trim and design on it, particularly with a large "W" on the chest. Couple with some odd tribal face paint and a hat matching the shirt's schema, and you've got the basics of this skin. That, and if you include the chrome shader applied to the entire skin.

Honestly, in retrospect, I ask if the chrome shader was necessary. I mean yes, it seems to beautify the skin up slightly, but chrome skin is going a little overboard. Ah well, who cares -_- cough up the bandwidth if ye like it.
