Air Wars Mod v3

Description
Lews Therin Telamon was planning on releasing a v3 of his Air Wars mod back in 2006, but it never saw the light of day. V2 was a lot off fun, but some people noted that it\'s major flaw was that the AI wasn\'t producing any of the air units, making battles severely one sided. I decided to change that by taking on the challenge and getting the AI to work. I was successful, so I wanted to share an updated version with everyone here. Just scrap v2 and replace it with this one and you\'re good to go, with fighters ready to pester your units.

Though I did make a major contribution to this, I take zero credit for the mod itself. In my opinion, this is still Lews\' mod, as it rightfully should be.
