download the file and unzip it with Winzip, Winrar, or 7zip. place the plugin data into your "Data" folder for oblivion. activate it in the data files section of the launcher menu. start the game as any race EXCEPT this one. this is due to my lack ofThis game adds the raec "Alagaesian Elf" to the game.
