Angusmod for F.E.A.R.

I hated the sounds for many of this game's weapons so here's what I came up with.

Changed weapon sounds for: smg, assault rifle, scoped rifle, and shotgun.

Removes tracers for smg, assault rifle and scoped rThis mod gives new weapons sounds which are a lot better.
