Artifact N Outfit Mod

Description
This is a simple mod that changes the artifacts and outfit values, cost, powers, and availability.... plus the mod turns one known artifact into an Easter Egg, making it highly prized for its ability and high value. It is rare in the game and can be difficult to acquire at times. There is one Quest artifact that is greatly increased in user ability should you decide to keep it rather than conclude the quest, though it is better to finish the quest for the games sake.
