From what I have seen, most RPG skins seem to be either really good or really bad. This particular RPG Character skin set is one of the good ones.

It's a HS Anakin reskin. The clothing reminds me of a General Kenobi skin I once saw, in the way that the clothing is set up. The armor on him is white, while his clothes are brown. There are three different heads to choose from, one a normal face, one a scarred one, and the last an evil looking metal mask. Also there are unrobed, robed, and hooded versions for each head, giving a nice selection to choose from.

Each of the changes were well done, though it seems that the clothing was mostly just a color edit with a filter put on it. Even the facial hair looks good, even though it is skinned on, not modeled. The only thing that I did not really care too much for is the robe, which reminds me of a burlap sack.
