Ballon Boat

Description
Here is an interesting boat modification for GTA San Andreas, this is for the most part a box with four balloons attached to the box. This balloon boat will replace the vortex within the game and only comes with one colour (just like the screenshot). Unfortunately it doesn't come with a custom handling and there is a small bug where CJ will be steering an invisible wheel but other than that this design is very unique (although probably won't work in reality however) and can definately add someting to the game.
