No gib, no burn mod for RoE

- Monsters no longer gib.
- Monsters bodies stay indefinately (until level exit). Flying head type monsters excluded, they disappear normally. Looked pritty lame...
- Didn't toSimilar mods can be found for regular doom but don't officially work with RoE. Here's the fix. No gib and bodies stay.
