Extract Bounty Avoiders.esp to your data files folder.
Enable Bounty Avoiders in your launcher

How to use:
There are two options
1. Open your console and type

startscript crime

2. Go to Gnaar Mok and talk to Morgan Gary abouThis mod reduces your bounty over time. Bounties above 100,000 will not be reduced.
