This is my first mod, please be gentle.

This is basically just a tng upgraded Constellation Class Ship, I've always
loved the Constellation class ships, and i wanted one to better hold up in theThis new installment of the Constellation Battle Class takes away the forward quantum torpedos and replaces them with Photon Torpedos, in addition the recharge rates have been increased.
