I can tell you exactly how this skin was made. I [b][i]hate[/i][/b] when I can tell you exactly how a skin was made, because that means it only has one change and it's not a very interesting one. For this skin, that one change is to invert the colors on all flesh portions of the skin. Yep, that's it. How this makes Jan corrupted [b][i]or[/i][/b] on the dark side I'm not sure. Maybe it's supposed to make her look like Marka Ragnos, but if that's the case, then the author must forget that [i]Ragnos is dead[/i]. Either way, though, this skin is easily recreatable by anyone out there with photoshop or gimp. Ctrl + I. Voila. This skin contains sounds from Diablo II to go along with the now blue Jan (corrupt rogues, Andariel, and Blood Raven).
