well to start I would like to say that it is a nice file, good 3D model and build pic, the only thing is that it has no readme

now this unit is a flying aircraft carrier, so it: holds air craft, refuels them, and builds them,
some other nice features are that it is shielded and has teleport which makes it a little unbalanced but still cool, it has no weapons but with teleport that is not really needed.
