Description
Akuma7802 is and with a 2.0 version of his darkness mod. Well, I didn’t know about his original darkness mod, so everything is a surprise to me. The author does mention in his readme what the 2.0 version updates. What this mod does is give dark side transitions to all of your organic party members except for Zaalbar in the original Knights of the Old Republic game. Sounds pretty cool huh?

The skinning work the author did to bring each member to the dark side of the Force is totally different than the way Bioware (or Obsidian) has done it with each selectable PC head based on that the author gives them tattoos to wear with each transition for the most part. Each party member does have four transitions like the heads of the original KOTOR game, unlike Obsidian which only gave two.

I should address this since people will wonder. Will your party members progress to the dark side as your player character does? No. If you want your party members to fall to the dark side, you’re going to have to type it in the cheat console or use KSE to change their alignment. I know SithRevan was working on a mod that would make the transitions automatic based on your character’s alignment.

This mod does use the heads.2da and the portraits.2da files to make the transitions work properly. If you do use a mod that has these either of these .2da files, you will have to do some .2da editing to make them compatible with your other mods using either of them. Enjoy the mod.

Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future.
