Delton
This car is made by me, zak, for the myriad islands project. Creation time - 3-4 days, I was too lazy.

Installation
open up gta3.img with IMG tool, and rename the admiral.dff and admiral.txd. Add my ones.
Next, open up carcols.dat with Here is the Deltan, a detailed and well made car that will either replace the Admiral or any car of your choice within GTA Vice City.
