Earth Special Forces Kaioken Effect Plugin

Description
This Amx Mod X plugin has been created by Core | Raven. This plugin won\'t give you any extra powerlevel, but simple enabled the Kaioken Effect when you enable turbo (default T) and then swoop. This will stay on even if you are a super saiyan.

NOTE: You need to have AMX Mod X Installed in order to use this Plugin, of course if you don\'t have this you are unable to use AMXX Plugins.
