Description Empires v2.24 is released, bringing in a load of new features and many, many, many, bug and balance fixes. v2.24 adds new weapon tracer particle effects, as well a new map, emp_arid, by silk, as well as many new mapping features, such as the ability to spawn vehicles, and to modify tickets or resources.
