Faction War Changes Mod

I edited the faction.ltx files so that the faction wars are affected in different ways and play out different.
I created 4 options

option 1 is normal squad limits, respawns every game hour, and the factions will try to take all of the points that they are assigned in the all.spawn and faction.ltx files not just the entrances and exits
option 2 is lower squad numbers, respawn every 3 game hours, all points enabled
option 3 is high squad limits, respawns every hour, all points.
option 4 is normal faction war except respawns every game hour.
