Description This vessel was a tesbed for refit technologies eventualy used in upgrading all Constitution classes and also the Miranda class. The torpedo launchers have been moved to their refit location, while other systems such as deflector and phasers have been upgraded. Due to power plant restrictions, shields and phasers as well as the impulse systems do not perform to their full potential. The nacelle modifications were eventually abandoned for a completely new nacelle.
