Firesteel Class

Description
Here is a variation of a heavy cruiser class using a galaxy class saucer, nebula weapons pod and a pair of galaxy engines. This ship could use some refinements, particularly where the pylon for the pod meets the hull and partially covers escape pods and the observation windows, and the excessive glow bleedover on the P81 nacelles has been fixed long ago, so there's a big one to miss. Other than that, however, and the fact that they might utilise the galaxy docking mechanism at the bottom of the saucer to attach another pod, such as the "awacs" this ship a decent one and with all those torp tubes ought to be fun to take for a spin around some romulan systems. It's old school p81 resolution, so it will run well for everyone.
