I have to admit, I don't think I've ever seen a tweak for this before. It doesn't serve any fantasmical purpose...this mod simply paints "flames" onto the rockets. Since rockets move fast, they're hard to see, and if you ask me, they don't exactly look like flames.

But still, if you don't like the default bland one, this should at least add a splash of color.
