Flashlight Range Mod v1.0001

For S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl v1.0001.

(it should work with 1.0000 but I haven't tested it.)

Now the flashlight has a longer range. Making it much easer to see indoors and outside!(When its dark)

Rather than change the color tint and add range to the flashlight like the Fallout Flashlight Mod, this one simply makes the range farther.
