FoaS Excelsior NCC version

Description
This is the NCC production version of the ship. Again, a whole new model and texture set hsa been created for the class, which makes it far superior to pretty much everything else I can think of off hand. The textures are huge and detailed, and FoaS has once again thrown in his own style with the orange deflector. I can't tell the difference bewteen the NCC and NX versions, but atleast if you are one of the people who make thir own registries, you'll be able to have 2 of these beauties to use at the same time, since it's not setup for the ID mapping.
