Half Life 2: Citizen Control Combine

Description
This is a Skin for Combine Prison Guard and/or Combine Soldier for Multiplayer or SP. The only thing different about this version is the author added the Combine insignia on to his left armplate. The author changed the colors to match (as closely as he could get them) the Picture Background of the Main Menu of the game HL2 DeathMatch which was Orange Eyes and Blue and Green Uniform.
He also changed the name to Citizen Control on the patch on his back. He added a CrowBar patch + small patch that
says citizen control on the Right Armplate. Few various slight (very slight) color changes elsewhere.
