This little mod does the following:

When you shoot some one in the head you hear a mp3.file saying "Headshot"
And at the same time you see a little Skull flying up tWhen you shoot some one in the head you hear a mp3.file saying "Headshot". And at the same time you see a little Skull flying up the air.
