A brief change log:

- tweaks to the motion blur values for adrenaline and the pipebomb shockwave.
- disabled auto-reload to counterbalance not being able to switch weapons while reloading (it's now your fault if you reload when 617 is stood next This is the Dedicated Server update for Hidden : Source Beta 4a. Use this if you already have version 3 or 4.
