Instant Epic Battle Mod

Here is a new version of the Instant Epic Battle Mod for you fellas to play around with!. It's pretty much what describes it...it features epic battles! Basically this mod increases the squad cap for each race depending on their class. Here is the changelog:

Med-Low infantry = 20
Med-High infantry = 15
Commanders = 5
Low Vehicles = 8
High Vehicles = 5

Also, each squad member costs 1 req and power.

Note: Due to the possibility of large numbers of units that may appear on screen, this mod is definitely not for the lower end computers that can barely handle Dawn of War.

Fixed Heavy Weapons team bug
Orks now have a small buff
Players will not run out of resources too soon.
And a couple of small fixes here and there
